Recently travelled abroad from Heathrow. The service provided by Lamorbey Travel was excellent. Kept informed of arrangements from the time of our intial booking on line to our return journey on arrival back into the UK. The vehicle arrived to pick us up on time both going and returning from Heathrow, and the driver was waiting at the arrival hall for us on our return into the UK. The drivers were courteous and friendly throughout the journeys. The vehicles were spotless and covid friendly with partition between passenger and driver. I will not hesitate to use this service again and happy to recommend it to others.

I used Lamorbey travel again on the 5 th September to Heathrow Mark picked me up it was a very pleasant journey and very comfortable car very clean would recommend.
My return journey home was a late one from Heathrow this time I got a text to let me know who was picking me and make of car ! Although I had booked meet & greet I had a phone call when we landed from Richard to say ring him when I had got my luggage ,which I did and he arrived very quickly I must say the car was spotless and Richard and I chatted about holidays the journey was perfect! 😄definitely my go to company for airport Travel thank you .

I was struggling to find a good cab service for my air port transfers. Found Lamorbey via google, and I am very happy with their service. They were much better than other cab services in Bexley. Steve was very helpful and prompt in his responses. I received text messages/emails when driver arrived/left and more importantly their cars were very clean - which was my prime consideration in these Covid days. Drivers were there just before agreed time. I will definitely use them again. Use them for best service and you will see the difference (as i have seen).

I have used this company on 3 occasions. Steve has always been reliable and kept us informed of what is happening and why. I like to have a written confirmation of what has been agreed and the price, Steve does that but also confirms again to make sure he has all the details correct, he then contacted us on the day to let us know of traffic delays so we knew where he was and the progress being made. I found Lamorbey Travel online and used them for the first time for a pick up from Gatwick. They responded to my request for a quote immediately and confirmed the booking by text. The driver, Stephen, was in contact via text as soon as I landed, with his car make and registration, and waiting for me. We've just returned from a 2 week holiday in Grenada. We used Lamobey Travel for the first time, following a recommendation and how impressed we were. They were punctual polite and professional. The vehicles they used were clean and suitable for the amount of people and luggage going. There were no hidden extras as with other companies. It was great to be greeted by a friendly and smiling face at the airport on our return.

I have been using this company for all of my business and leisure airport travel for three years. Every driver is excellent, always on time, friendly and the fixed price which can be paid in advance online, gives me confidence that I simply don’t get with a traditional mini-cab. Most importantly as I often travel alone at quiet times, I feel safe with every driver. I would not use any other company for airport travel in the London area and 100% recommended.

We used Lamorby Travel for our Gatwick transfer for the first time March 2022. It’s alway a worry when using a company for the first time but needn’t have been stressed. Booking was easy. Good clear communication on booking confirmation and pickup details. The vehicle was spacious and squeaky clean. Our driver Steven friendly,courteous and very helpful. We have booked again for our next trip. Would highly recommend Lamorby - it’s takes all the worry out of airport transfers.

I had an initial problem when trying to book online but once I called that was sorted out for me very quickly. On the days of both our travel to and from the airport , I received regular updates to advice me of the driver's arrival etc. Steve our driver arrived on time was professional. Friendly and very helpful and more importantly got us to the airport without any issues . I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

Richard Bull collected my daughter yesterday during Storm Ciara and took her to Gatwick .Hours later her flight cancelled and when I phoned him he was on his way there to collect another fare. I asked if he could help by asking his fare to share their cab back to Sidcup. They said yes and our daughter was safe with her family again out of the chaos of Gatwick.
We shall use him again, definitely. He's a real gentleman.

We used Lamorbey Travel for our return to Heathrow at the beginning of December. The booking process from start to finish was 5* - Steve was super quick to respond to emails and texts and let us know what size vehicle would be best as there was 4 of us with 8 pieces of luggage. Steve was on time picking us up from home and the airport and was super friendly and professional. I will definitely be using Lamorbey Travel again!

Journey to Heathrow could not have been better. Driver called the night before to confirm that he would pick us up at 5:30am. Arrived the next morning at the exact time and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of enough time for our flight. Driver was friendly and drove at a comfortable speed. Whilst in the car talking, the journey just seemed to fly past. Would definitely recommend. Great start to our holiday.

Steve was very pleasant, polite but direct and doesn't sugar coat which is great. It wasn't Steve who picked me up but he was really great at communicating, letting me know who was picking me up when I asked. Given the short notice I'm pleased I got someone.
That driver was very helpful with my luggage and really friendly, professional and polite.
Won't hesitate to use Steve's help again even if it might not be him :-)

My driver arrived 10 minutes before the designated pick up time which alleviated any stress had he been late. When I arrived home the same driver's system of communication was perfect and we arrived at exactly the same time. Furthermore one of pals needed to get to another destination and he was welcomed into my taxi with no fuss whatsover. I know that I can use this company with no drama.

A very professional service. I was emailed when our driver was on his way and also when he arrived at our pick up address. Andrew our driver was extremely friendly and made us feel at ease. When we arrived at Gatwick Airport Andrew got out of the car, opened my door and got my cases for me. Cracking service both to and from Gatwick. Spacious comfortable minibus. Steve is a friendly and professional driver. Arrived on time both ways. Great local taxi service. We've been travelling to and from the airport. The communication with coordinators was easy, both times the driver was on time, informative and very helpful. They even suggested to keep our baby seat while we were away. Will use Lamorbey Travel again.
